We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx and we reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with using the best and most economical option for our customers. During checkout it will default to USPS but that isn't always the case of how your precious cargo will ship.

Each Online Charlie Bears purchase is always accompanied by a little Thank you gift. We also don't add any service charges for the labor or materials such as the box, tape, tissue paper, ribbon, protective bag and the trip to the post office... we pay for all of this plus there is never a convenience fee added for the costs to process your payment through PayPal or Square we waive those fees as a Thank you for your purchase and helping me to grow my business. 🤗
On the same note for our walk in customers, we don't charge for materials such as bags, tissue, ribbon etc...nor do we charge a convenience fee for the credit card transactions. We also offer free Gift Wrap for in store purchases...We pay for all of this as a Thank You for being such an asset to our success in business.

International Shipping
The Whimsical Wagon has chosen not to ship Internationally due to the higher costs of shipping and the extra time it takes to set up International Shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our friends outside the U.S. and truly hope you understand our decision in this matter.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange it for an item that better suits you and your gifting needs or issue a store credit. Must have receipt and be retuned within 30 days of purchase in new un-opened condition. All Packaging must be with item and in new condition. Item's cannot be exchanged if there are any noticeable odors for example smoke odors etc.. Sorry No Refunds. All items on Sale are final and Non~returnable.

Most people love the smell of our gift shop but if you want to One remedy we have found quite helpful is you can place your item in a box and open a box of baking soda (don't pour the baking soda out) place the opened box of baking soda inside the box with your purchase and close the box and let sit for a couple of days the baking soda will absorb the gift shop smells. Please don't order from The Whimsical Wagon if you have any possible allergies to perfume/candles etc...These items are all brand new and are not considered defective and won't be accepted for returns.
