We are pleased that you chose us to shop with! The Whimsical Wagon is a small business with a big heart and we would like to let you know a few things about our shipping policies.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx and we reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with using the best and most economical option for our customers. During checkout it will default to USPS but that isn't always the case of how your precious cargo will ship.
You will receive tracking information via the email you used at checkout as soon as your package has been put into the system. We strive to ship quickly so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
Many customers ask if we do Free Shipping? We don't offer free shipping, however we do offer a coupon for 5.00 off your purchase of 75.00 or more and this does help with the shipping costs. The Whimsical Wagon doesn't charge for the Packing Materials, box, tape, bags etc... or the Labor involved in getting a package ready and finally taking it to the Post Office. There is a lot that goes into shipping out our products and we hope you will understand our choice in not offering free shipping...
International Shipping
The Whimsical Wagon has chosen not to ship Internationally due to the higher costs of shipping and the extra time it takes to set up International Shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our friends outside the U.S. and truly hope you understand our decision in this matter.

Welcome! Our 2023 Charlie Bears info and Flip Book is now loaded for you to enjoy. Pawlease note this doesn't mean they are in stock. They will show Out Of Stock until we receive our shipments which will come in periodically throughout the year as they have different release dates. We will then load their "IN THE FUR" pics and post to Facebook as they become available. We have discontinued offering pre-order services. Thank you and have a Whimsical Day!
